Could not obtain a valid XML response from iLO

Hello

im getting the Major Error

Major: Could not obtain a valid XML response from iLO. Make sure iLO is functioning properly. Cannot determine if the system is ICpm supported

on a couple of Server. The Server itself (Blade) is identified correctly no Errors or Warnings

When i login to the ILO everything seems to be fine, xml reply is enabled, i also can browse to

any ideas?
