Hello,

It's my first time using HP and I want to use HP SIM to manage all the HP servers in the company I work for. I have a performance and compatibility concern about installing HP SIM on a server performing network monitoring and filtering for web connections for 200 users. The technology used to web filter is Websense v7.7.

Attached is the server hardware configuration (32 GB memory).

Another concern: Websense web filter server is using SQL Server 2008 R2 Express edition and I know that HP SIM use it too, so I want to know if when those two guys share the same database it could affect negatively the SQL database instance of the websense or vice versa (HP SIM instance database).

I appreciate if someone could give me a good answer well explained.
