Insight and Dell system management .. how far

In my IT infrastructure i have half HP and dell systems

I know that it's possible to manage Dell servers in HP Insight through SNMP+MIB but i just want to have feedback, how far can it be managed : if it's works well, alerts are pull up, acces to Dell Server Adminsitrator agent, Equallogic can be managed... ?

Just to know if i can only setup Insight (that i know from a previous job) or do i have to setup both Console ....
