    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you upload a SPP to the repository and did you configure this SPP as the baseline for the VCA agent ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the VCA is not configured or the baseline is not defined the VCA stays blue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrew&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>HPVA - Overall software status error.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I see that HP VCA displays over all software status - "Unable to collect Installed software, SNMP agents not running"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on all machines, but only on one machine I can see the installed software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The CMS server is Windows 2008 R2. with MS SQL express edition.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am&amp;nbsp; running HP SIM 7.2.1 on windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The clinets are mixed versions of RHEL 4,5 and 6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be greatly appriciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to restart the service hp-snmpd-agents, snmpd, hpsmhd, hpvca,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;clicked change settings and reconnected to the vcrm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you readout all information on the system managenent page? When you can't read the software it can't show the available software. You could also check if all snmp-agents are running. Type service snmp-agent status to see if all ssubagents are running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andrew</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Andrew&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked all the agents in server and its up and running. (hp-snmp-agents &amp;amp; sub agent, hpvca, hpsmhd, snmpd, health etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I restarted all the agents and clicked change settings, connected to the vcrm and refreshed the inventory.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;I see nothing happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the system management home page, I noticed that HPVCA section is in question mark.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Andrew&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have uploaded the SPP to the repository, I have assigned the hosts to the baselines.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The server can connect to the VCRM using the user name and password provided.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The server is able to differentiate the PSP packages installed. But the firmwares.</description>
