    <description>Well, I've experienced this a few times - even in the middle of downloading tens of softpaqs it'll throw one out. I have no recognisable connectivity issues that I'm aware, but sometimes have difficulty getting items from the compaq/hp ftp server because of connexion difficulties, so maybe that's it. I normally just ignore the problem and download it from the HP site directly to the repository. If you do this, don't forget to rebuild the repository catalogue.</description>

      <description>Hey All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm getting this error from my VCRM running on my Insight server:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Event ID  Automatic Update &lt;BR /&gt;Event Description A repository update has occurred. &lt;BR /&gt;Event Data &lt;EVENT_SPECIFIC&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;VCRM log entry: https://&lt;SERVERNAME&gt;:2381/vcrepository/log?entryId=VCRM1094454037&lt;BR /&gt;Error for file: cp004958.exe&lt;BR /&gt;  Error code: 12031&lt;BR /&gt;  The connection with the server has been reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SERVERNAME&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Is this a problem with my server or a problem with the HP site?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/EVENT_SPECIFIC&gt;</description>
