    <description>We monitor the firms servers in various locations worldwide. The physical link to out Muscat  office is down. &lt;BR /&gt;However HP-SIM is showing the servers as being available (although you cannot drill down to the insight agents, the browser times out).&lt;BR /&gt;Using Diagnose &amp;gt; Ping it is showing as all the servers being available, yet using an ICMP ping they are not available (I have even increased the TTL &amp;amp; timeout to maximum and, as expected the ICMP ping is still showing the servers as "request timed out").&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help?</description>
