((

That I did:

I installed OS Windows Server 2008 R2 on the new server. I installed HP IC 7.3. On a remote SQL Server it was automatically created a new database. I changed in the files database.props, databaseupdate.tpl, hpsim-ds.xml a database name to the previous. CMS starts, but doesn't function completely. List of licenses the empty. there are no tasks. in case of access attempt to any of management systems (servers. ilo, etc.) I see the message "The drilldown tool can't be launched.

Hello Ray,

Your database is still in the 7.2 model, when you upgrade SIM the database get's modified. So i would install the 7.2 version reconnect to the database and then do an update to 7.3.

Kind regards,

Andrew
