    <description>&lt;P&gt;when I now launch SIM I get the error "Unable to connect to database. Check if database service is running"&amp;nbsp; I am running on Windows 2012.&amp;nbsp; The service account that HP SIM is running under also locks out as soon as the service is started I have reset the password on the domain account, service and using the mxpassword command.&amp;nbsp; I have also looked at the database config files with in the config directory and these all look ok. What else should I be looking at?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
