IRS event status stays submitted

I have a couple of events that were generated by ProLiant Gen8 that stays 'submitted' in the Hosting Device dashboard, but when I look at HPSC dahsboard they are already closed.

Other events (from G7 hardwares) shows closed in the Hosting Device dashboard when they were closed.
