    <description>&lt;P&gt;you can use SNMP Trap Setting to update the severity of the trap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By Default if not defined in the mib, the severity is set as Informational.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to use SIM 7.3 all updates VMware MIBs updated, in the Events display no matter what alert I trigger in a hypervisor or vcenter, events just show as&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not cleared &lt;SPAN&gt;Informational&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;A title="vpxdAlarmInfo" target="_blank"&gt;vpxdAlarmInfo&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When expanding the details though, I do bget&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Associated System Status&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Critical&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the current object value in the notification. = alarm.HostConnectivityAlarm - Event: Host connection lost (3971774)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to put the more relevant "host down" message in the "event type" field and have SIM treat it as critical?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
