HP Wbem Providers are extension of WMI and they don't run 5989 or 443.

You can use Power Shell to get the data from the same.

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the HP WBEM Provider Agent to monitor my servers. I have a few scripts that connect to the ports 443 or 5988/5989 on the servers to collect some hardware info. However, the Windows servers, even though I have installed the HP WBEM Provider, don't listen on port 443 or 5988/5989. CIM seems to be available only when queried by WMI. Do I have to do something to enable the HTTP/WBEM listener ?
