    <description>Hi James,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Im sorry you are having all those problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think they are related to SP2. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have SP2 so I can't say if HPSIM works well with it. What you can try is put the SIM url in  the "Trusted sites" list under security in the internet options. Maybe the new IE is blocking some of the content.</description>

      <description>Good morning/afternoon to you all, newbie in this area, yet... :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Had the very same authentication problem w/ Java based authentication.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It took me :&lt;BR /&gt; - install of Netscape on W2KSP4 workstation&lt;BR /&gt; - dramatic reduction of Admin Password strength prior to users registration for acces to SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then I gladly registered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Will try on WXPSP2 and let you know.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have an excellent day/night.</description>
