Hello,

I've always seen this as a bug, however i've not seen this since the latest VCRM version. I bet that if you look ag the SMH of the concerning server and look at the VCA all looks oke?

What version of SIM and VCA/VCRM do you use at this moment?

Hello again,

You could aldo update the WBEM agent, it could be that the WBEM discovery caused this. Be sure to do a datacollecton after the update. I still use the 7.2.2 version and don't have this problem anymore. I used to have this bug but not sure wich update fixed it.

I also have the exact same problem with our HP SIM and VCRM.

HP SIM version is the latest one 7.3.0, VCRM version is also 7.3.0.0.

Today, I installed the latest Hotfix (2014_June) but it did not fix the problem.

HP SIM is running on Windows 2012 R2 English version, and the OS uses "English (United States)" format.

Can anyone give me advice?

Windows in the SIM system is in english.

I've tried changing Format and location to English of Windows of the target system.

It still doesn't work.

The BIOS string is formatted with "." and another with "/" and reverse order, so I don't knwo what can be.

I don't have bought Insight Manager support, it seemed a waste of money at the moment. Still would be I guess.

I seem to be expericing the same issues as the original poster. I'm running the lastest version of SIM/VCA/VCRM and SMH. Has anybody found out where I would need to switch the formating either on the SIM/VCA/VCRM?

Thanks,
