    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently posted about issues with uploading the SPP to my VCRM and I managed to fix that now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All my SPPs are recognized in VCRM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the SPPs are also visible on Insight Control.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 2 issues though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1st one is that when I log in to SMH it shows the question mark next to VCRM w/o known reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2nd issue is that none of the VCAs can see those SPPs and what I get is "no selection" when trying to configure the VCA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would anyone know how to fix these issues, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate any help on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HP SIM 7.3.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HP VCRM 7.3.4.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HP SMH 7.3.3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;- prox&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have resolved my issues now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone would be interested with the solution:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I simply installed all available updates on my HP SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installing all updates both issues are gone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
