      <title>Problem installing SSH client</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running SIM 7.2 Windows 2012R2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clients are mostly Window based.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to install SSH on my target machines so I can use some of the other available tools from the CMS server.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to deploy it to one of my target systems from my CMS using the deploy option and install Open SSH.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It keeps failing with the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;Failure&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;Ensure HP Smart Update Manager (hpsum.exe) isn't running on the CMS. If it is, stop it and run the task again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri"&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are there hotfixes installed on the 7.2 installation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To be specific patch patch 26 downgrade HP SUM or patch 35.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get the same error.&lt;BR /&gt;I do not want to know how to install an SSH client.&lt;BR /&gt;I use today newest version (7.4) and get the same error.&lt;BR /&gt;I want to know why I get the error: "Failure: the Ensure HP Smart Update Manager (hpsum.exe) is not running on the CMS. If it is, stop it and run the task again."&lt;BR /&gt;The error also comes if I choose "manage Software / Firmware Baseline" to a server.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
