Install SIM onto a Cluster

Is SIM v4.1 a "cluster-aware application"?
I don't mean can it monitor the state of cluster resources that reside on managed systems, I see that the docs say it can.
What I do mean is can I install SIM as an application on a Windows cluster to provide fail-over for the SIM server itself? The MS-SQL db would be clustered.
