Getting error while update to baseline

Hello Guys,

I am getting below error while updating a system to baseline in HP SIM.

Agent trust error
HTTP Status 403: Establish a trust relationship with this system.

Kindly assist

Also getting following error while I am trying to make trust by Configure or Repair Agents:

No valid working Sign-in credentials were found for the system in HP SIM. Check
the Sign-in credentials by going to 'Options->Security->Credentials->System Cred
entials'.

Configure Version Control Agent (START) ...
The agent does not trust the HP Systems Insight Manager server or the agent is n
ot running. Establish a trust relationship or make sure that the agent is starte
d.
Configure Version Control Agent ..................................... [FAILED]
Either VCA agent is not installed in target node or Check the credentials you en
tered for the VCA to use to access the VCRM. For security reasons, the VCA canno
t connect to the VCRM using the default 'Administrator' user. For more informati
on, refer to the Version Control Agent documentation.

HP Systems Insight Manager was unable to install the target's HP Repair Tool ser
vice. This could be caused if another instance of the tool is currently running
. Retry at a later time.

Though I am able to trust be credentials:

but I am also getting error while I am trying to trust be certificate from SMH

Hello,

you do need sign-in credentials to fix you trust issues. These credentials need to be admin on your destination servers.

with these credentials you can set a trust for all servers, the trusts are needed for software push and repairs.

I have created a service account that I am using in sign in credentials.
But not seems to be working.

Can you do a reidentify and post the log for one server that you have the credentials set for?

Hi all,

this worked for me....

install SMH + VCA new --> Quick Launch --> System Credentials --> edit system credentials --> Singel Sign On -->set Trust relationship to trust by Certificate

have a look at Tasks &Logs in HP SIM--> view Tasks results --> System credentials -->

Set Trust relationship to "Trust by Certificate"
Set Trust relationship to "Trust by Certificate" ................... [SUCCESS]
Added this instance of HP SIM to the trusted certificate list for System Managem
ent Homepage 2.0 or later.

Successfully restarted necessary management applications to ensure that all succ
essful changes will be effective.

Re-identifying system to get updated information ...
Re-identification of system .................................... [SUCCESS]

Checking whether the HP SIM CMS can login to the SMH URL " https://servername:2381/ "
Login to the SMH using certificate.............................. [SUCCESS]

After this have a look at the identify task (it is auto started if you store the trust in credentials section and should look like this

Normal:   The trust between the CMS and the managed system is established.
        * Running system Manage Communication diagnosis...
        * System identification finished on system.

Now you click in SIM to Deploy--> choose your System to Update --> Software / Firmware Baseline --> assign to Baseline --> Update to Baseline

I used SMH 7.5.0.4 and VCA 7.3.5.0 to deploy SPP 2015_04 and HP Insight Control 7.4 with actual Hotfixes from May 2015.
