HP SIM/VCEM upgrade issue

Hi Team,

We try to upgrade our HP SIM integrated installation from 7.1 to 7.4 version.

We know , we need atleast 7.2 version to upgrade to 7.4.

When I am doing 7.2 upgrade , only SIM got upgraded . All the other plug-ins were still in 7.1 version.

Unknowingly we updated only the SIM and not all the integrated plugins.

Now my server is having SIM 7.4 version and all the plugins in 7.1 version.

Please let us know how to ugrade all the plugins ?.

Also , can we uninstall this build and reinstall the fresh 7.4 version?.

How to reuse my 7.1 software license to the fresh 7.4 installation?

If i read the HP SIM download page the 7.4 is not yet available :

Are you sure it's 7.4 ??

Hi Andrew,

Yes it is 7.4 . We got this from HP to pre test our VCEM SDK implementation.

Please find the attached image which show SIM 7.4 version and ohter plugins 7.1 version.
