      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM server is hosted in united Kingdom. Whenever end users tries to check the alerts on the console across the globe, it picks up their relevant time according to the timezone. If we login to intranet &amp;amp; access the APP it shows the correct timings. Is there anyway we can stablize the mismatch. I looked around but couldn't find anything. I know the SIM version is 6.2 which is pretty old &amp;amp; we are planning to deploy a new setup which will be 7.3 atleast. Appreciate if someone can help meanwhile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
