Whenever end users tries to check the alerts on the console across the globe, it picks up their relevant time according to the timezone. If we login to intranet &amp; access the APP it shows the correct timings. Is there anyway we can stablize the mismatch. I looked around but couldn't find anything. I know the SIM version is 6.2 which is pretty old &amp; we are planning to deploy a new setup which will be 7.3 atleast.
