Hello,

After upgrading 7.3 to 7.4 and using SNMP Trap Settings, there are a lot of MIBs for which I can not see the corresponding traps, i.e empty list for if-mib.mib, rfc-1212.mib, rfc-1213.mib, rfc-1215.mib... i.e rfc*.mib and if I want to select cpqhlth.mib or cpqhost.mib it jumps to adaptec.mib.

Upd100mib.zip - MIB Update ver. 10 it is bundled in HP SIM 7.4 kit.

I mention that I tried to compile, unregister, register rfc*.mib and to apply once again Upd100mib.zip but no results.

Thanks in advance and kind regards.

Hi,

If I understand well what you mean, you refer to the Critical, Major, Warning... all events recorded in HP SIM?

Yes, normally. The problem is that I want to disable some annoying event traps, e.g:

Health Status Array Change occurred (11020)

Authentication Failure

Link Up

Hello again,

I've fixed that problem by updating my agents but i understand what you want to do. When i chekc my SNMP settings i don't see the mib you mentioned but the cpqhost.mib looks fine to me. This is a new 7.4 install and the latest hotfix.
