The tool on the 380 works fine, but when it comes for monitoring the 360 dont send alrerts only with powersupply. All events should be forwarded if you configured SNMP te send events. Does the IML show events about the powersupply ?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I don't think SIm would be 7.0.4, could be the System Management Homepage ? Does the System Management Homepage show the Powersuply. If i doesn't the SNMP agent could be faulty.
