https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/mib-for-hp-edge-switch-2-24-problem/m-p/3379912#M5979 The problem has a number of elements, first I'm trying to identify the actual MIBs I need to monitor this device (a rebadged McData Switch) and second, I believe one of ther MIBs I need is fcmgmt.mib.<BR />This latter MIB compiles okay using mcompile but fails during mxmib with:<BR /><BR />IMPORTING CFG fcmgmt.cfg<BR />Error: File 'fcmgmt.cfg' Error reading MIB: label ::= ?: Dont know how to parse<BR />. Line: 129<BR />AN ERROR OCCURRED EXECUTING THE COMMAND<BR /><BR />So, is this MIB required or what MIBs should I try and get hold of.<BR />And, anyone seen this and can they offer any advice.<BR /><BR />Finally a note to HP, a Repository of MIBs for HPSIM that at least covers the HP Product set would be a nice.
