Some (but not all) of these servers are behind a firewall (plant PLC network) that is between them and the SIM server, so I am assuming that it's just not able to do a reverse lookup of the name. Any suggestions as to how I can change it so that I get "tpcitts1:Cold Start" instead of "10.33.27.222:Cold Start"?
