Any email parameters for SIM?

I am trying to find out whether SIM email notification support subject field can be customised. CIM 4.9 was able to do it.

Not directly, but you can use the Custom Command approach where you call a scripts and use any number of variables HPSIM can send.
I use this approach to send a specifically formatted e-mail message to our Remedy System.
