    <description>If you search this board, you'll find a lot of entries about this. Usually, it's a Java version, cache or configuration error, or a problem with some windows updates which will cause SIM not to respond. It depends on your OS, Java setup etc.</description>

      <description>Or more recently it's because you've installed the MS Patch MS04-025 on your Workstation and you now need to update HPSIM with SP1, available for 4.0 or 4.1</description>
