ESXi 5.5 Server System Software Inventory from HP SIM 7.3.0

Hello

We have multiple ESXi 5.5 servers added into the HP SIM 7.3.0 console , discovery i and data collection are wokring fine.

Problem is that the System Sofware received as infomraiton is very scarce :

Is it possible to get full list of drivers and firmware of ESXi server from HP SIM at all ?

Is your server a Gen8 or higher ?

All of the ESXi servers are ProLiant BL460c Gen8 .

Hello,

I see that you installed the AMS agent on your server. Did you configure the snmp settings on the ILO?

Go to your ilo set the agentless option, set community for read and trap and the SIM server as a destination.

Now delete the server and ILO, then only discover the ILO. This should discover the ILO and server. You should now have a lot of info on the server drivers and firmware.
