When I try to set Disk Thresholds from SIM 4.1
I get an error from each server saying that "Could not set the disk threshold, the agent did not accept the request."

Any ideas why this might be happening ?

Thanks
Ben.

There are several possible reasons this would happen:

- trust relationships are not established between the servers and the SIM server
- the server name contains an "underscore" character
- you do not have "read-create" SNMP strings defined on the servers

Good luck,
- Steve
Do you happen to also know what could be the cause when the error message instead reads "The Threshold Agent could not set the variable because the value is invalid or out of range. The data contains the error code." when attempting to set perfectly valid values, which are accepted by most of my servers ?
