Deploy VCA

Hi.

I have a problem with my VCA agents , i have deployed a Proliant support pack and it went well but when i look at the status of the server in SIM it sais that no VCA agent was found ... when i try to deploy the VCA agent i get the folloing error message :

Error id 6225 VCA agen is not available.
It works fine with some of my servers but not with others.

Any ideas ?

If you connect to the web agent, does it show the VCA running?

The funny thing is that the WEB Agent and the VCA Agent is running on the server but still i canÂ´t get any contact with the VCA agent.

I can comunicate with the VCA agent via the WEB anget but still i get the error massage that the VCA agent isnÂ´t pressant
