      <title>HP Insight Manager Install</title>

      <description>Anyone else having problems installing it on Windows SBS 2003 Premium edition, i read the system requirements it does state 2003 server but they are not that different. None of the components install correctly and get the message&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The HP Systems Insight Manager Service is not installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems to hang at the last component and shows up in task manager as "Not responding"</description>

      <description>Hi Aaron,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've nothing concrete to offer, but I would:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Make sure I've run Windows Update&lt;BR /&gt;2) Check on the HP website that I'm installing the most up-to-date software - &lt;A href="http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/hpsim/download.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/hpsim/download.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Presumably, you can't get as far as installing the SIM Critical Update).&lt;BR /&gt;3) Have a look in the event logs.&lt;BR /&gt;4) look to see if Windows firewall/ISA is causing problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Gary</description>
