I believe you also have to "clear" the Event before the alerts go away.

Hello,

Can you post a screenshot of your SIM server? The screen with HS, MP SW and ES should do. Is the status of either orange or critical?

The HS should be green ES can be anything. The HS status is the hardware status and ES is the event status. So in short you have 4 statuses for your server.

I cleared all the events in the console and delete them and almost all my servers keep show as critical status.

In the user guide say this:

Status icon Status type Description
HP SIM can no longer communicate with the system. The system was
previously discovered but cannot be pinged. The system might be down, powered off, or no longer accessible on the network because
of network problems.

I connected to some iLO servers and I send a test traps and are resgister in the console inmediatly, so the communication is OK.

What else could I do?

Regards.

Right,

So youf real problem is that the ILO's are unreachable. If you look at your server the MP status is critical a MP is an ILO. MP stands for management processor. Can you still ping your ILO's?

The Gen9 and Gen8 servers are discovered by the datacollection of an ILO. So if you can not poll your ILO the hardware status becomes undetermined.

Hello again,

The server is probably up but the ILO is not, is the AMS agent also installed? This agent relays OS info for the server on behalf of the ILO. Since you have servernames you probably have an AMS agent installed. Check if the ILO is configured to send traps to the SIM server, you need to configure this to get events. Also configure to send the OS name instead of the ILO name, this way events get mapped to the server instead of the ILO.

Good luck!
