    <description>Just installed SIM 4.1. Started the application and tried to login but get opening page https://localhost:50000.jsp and no further, so cannot loing to SIM. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the fix?&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried installing softpaq number SP26191 to resolve this issue but this has not any effect?&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas please? thanks, Shahin</description>

      <description>Shahin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you trying to login on the CMS itself (the server you installed SIM on) or from a workstation browser? What exactly can you see in the browser window?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it's from a workstation, try the fqdn of the CMS:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://sim_server.company.com:50000" target="_blank"&gt;https://sim_server.company.com:50000&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you install the Java runtime along with SIM?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-C-</description>
