HP SIM 7.6 Install HANG

I try to install hp sim 7.6 on windows server 2016 ad the install hang.

The error in the log file : install shell: <debug>on error permission refusée res://c:\temp\hpsim\win\setup.exe/default.js:213

Is your account an admin on the server ?

the account is local admin and UAC disabled

It's a fresh install on a new windows server 2016.

I make a new test with windows server 2016 US version, the installation of HPE SIM 7,6 work fine.

The installation with windows server 2016 french version doesn't work. (hang at the beginning of the install).
