Error occurred while creating the PKCS #10 Certificate Request

I am trying to create a cert in the SMH under Settings\Security\Local Server Certificate. When I enter in my information under the 'Create PKCS #10 Data" box and I press Create, I get an error at the top of the screen that states: "Error: An error occurred while creating the PKCS #10 Certificate Request".

No idea what is going wrong. This server is behind a firewall and instead of using the process id to access this SMH, I am using my own credentials for that domain. Could that be the issue?
