topic Changing service account in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Our company has decided its time to have a lock down of admin accounts, and the domain administrator account I used to install HP SIM, and is currently loading the service, has to be changed.

I've got a domain account, admin rights on the local box, when i start the service under this account it comes up as started, but when trying to load the HP SIM it just sits at the Checking HTTP server status with the time ticking away. Any ideas?

Cheers, James

James,

I have the same problem and am unable to resolve so far. I know its not a loca rights issue (admin rights) and its not a SQL rights issue (SQL admin rights) but I'm stuck.

Have you managed a resolution yet?

Tony
