    <description>What is your language set to?  If I remember correctly, this can occur when HP SIM is not running in an English environment.</description>

      <title>Running event triggerd batch on SIM5.0SP4</title>

      <description>I try to run a batch file from SIM 5.0 SP4 via the custom commands. There are no passed variables and the batch should run on the SIM host.When i try to run this batch by run now, i get the Error message "String index out of range:-1",see also attached picture.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone have any advice ?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;Roland</description>

      <description>Oops, I misspoke.  It's not language, it's regional settings.  Workaround is to edit the file, globalsettings.props, and change CMSLocale=xx_XX (or whatever it is) to CMSLocale=en_US</description>
