disable/enable Remote Insight Information Agents using SIM

How can I disable/enable this agents on multiple server using SIM ? Is there a command line/scripting to do it on the managed server. Thanks in advance for your help

Unfortunately, the only way to access this is through the Control Panel applet.

Thanks for your reply. Is there an ini/xml configuration file that I can edit ? Or what kind of actions take place when I enable/disable that agent ?

No, the setting is internal to the agents.

I wrote a script that will do just that disable/enable servers from a file with a list of servers. Youâ ll have to edit the second to the last line were it says â yourdomainâ with of course you domain name in both batch files. Keep all the file in the same directory. The script simple creates an xml file and imports it with mxnode â mf modifying the setting to disable or enable the server. Just add your server to the text file called List.txt then run either suspend.bat or resume.bat.

We are facing the same problem. Someone called "Bernie" has posted a solution with some scripts, but we are unable to download the same and follow. Can you please help us with that.
To reiterate this the problem we have:

We are trying to disable the Remote Insight Information (RII) Agent in windows 2008 server.

Please find attached the screenshot of the server information.
In the background you will see list of HP services running on the server. & foreground will see the Hp Management Agents windows, where it shows RII is in Right List Box.

Note: in this machine Remote Insight Information is already disabled.
We need to know how to disable the RII using some command/script. Or is there any service we can stop to make it disable?

Could you please help us by provide details?
