Tool categories and xml files

You can manually add commands to a toolbox using the mxtool command. However, in order to accomplish that you need to know where the xml files are for the commands.

So, if for instance I wanted to create a toolbox for the EVA folks and wanted to assign the toolbox with the “CommandView EVA as User”
From the View category where is the xml for that command or tool so I can say do the following command:

Mxtool –a –f D:\HPSIM\XXX\XXX\CommandViewUser.xml

This assumes that the file I’m looking for is CommandViewUser.xml…. I’m looking for the real xml file for any of the tool catagories.
Where are they located? This answer will be extremely helpful in our job.

You would first have to export it. The XML files of built-in commands are not in any directory.

I guess I am confused. Where do you export it from? I have looked through the mxtool man pages and I am still not sure how to complete this task. Can you explain further?
