mxexport failed - Migration Failed.Error while packing HPE System Insight Manager migration files.

Hello All

Currently I have a problem, actually from the begining of this year I opened a case at HPE support unfortunately no solution yet, and I feel a little bit pushed to do a fresh install and move systems manually, which is not good for me as there are a lot of systems with unknown credentials(wbem, sign in) + custom collections + system details, etc.

My own investigation lead me to Credential table, some data present there is inconsistent, unfortunately I have no cloue right now how to find the faulty data.

What I did I deleted all Credentials table from databes and mxexport executed succesfully, so the problem is isolated to that table....

Any thoughts?

Well how did you find the problem was with the credentials table?

Did you try doing an mxexport before deleting the table and what error were you getting?

I see that you have deleted the credential database, was it using the sql management studio ?

Now the below error output which you have pasted, was it from the log file or from the mxexport output failure.

I see this a bit of complex situation at the moment.

You can try uploading the log file along with simcapture here.

Also if you could show the steps you initially performed to perform the mxexport. I just have a feeling that might be ending up redoing a fresh installation becuase from the errors I dont think we can get this back and up.
