HPE SIM 7.6 wont install on Windows Server 2016

I am not able to install SIM 7.6 on any of our Windows Server 2016 Std Servers. I always get the following:

Tried on several of our machines, DL380 Gen9, BL460 Gen9, all running windows Server 2016 german with all patches installed.

I'm at a loss, can someone help me?

I'm am running on Win2016std without issue.... did you recheck to make sure all of your pre-requisites are in place?

The Current SIM 7..6 uses sql2014 express edition, so can you check .NET 3.5 SP1, .

NET 4.0 framework and PowerShell 2.0 installed on your 2016 if its not there then it would give you these kind of errors

In the SIM iso package if you extract you will find a a file name advisor.

Please run the advisor it will detect a pre-requesite check list and will warn you with error which needs to be fullfilled

before installation.

Also you can try on a try on a different host server having 2016 and then compare if it works,

Sorry for the late reply, didn't got notifications...

All prereqs are installed, the Advisor shows nothing incompatible. I tested on several of our 2016 hosts, none is working. We are using german localization. It's strange...

If I start SIM-Setup in Windows7 compat mode, it works until installation of SQL Express. Then it fails with the same error.
