    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2104145"&gt;@wsimon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the PSU and Fan status showing in iLO?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you getting POST error as well ?&lt;BR /&gt;I believe, if system and component's firmware is updated and no 'degraded' or 'critical' state of fan or PSU on iLO,, then these may be false alarms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this&lt;BR /&gt;1) Power off, open the Server and reseat the fan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Update the system to latest firmware by SPP.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Update of iLO, IMA and System BIOS is must.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Restart the SNMP agent&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Shiva_JR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
