Can anybody tell me the exact version of HP SIM that I have if the following information is true;

Build version: C.04.00.00
Build date: 2003-12-12 17:

Guessing a bit but it looks like vanilla 4.0.

Since then 4.1 was released and the SP1 for both 4.0 and 4.1 to fix an issue created by the MS04-025 Patch.

If you go to the Help Screen and click ABout HP Systems Insight Manager a new window should pop up that contains details like:

Version: Systems Insight Manager 4.1 with SP1 - Windows
Build version: C.04.01.00.01
Build date: 2004-05-20 14:37

Thanks for your response. The information I supplied was gathered from the Help, About screen. Any other way to check for sure what version the server is running?

Open a command prompt and type mxversion.

As Rob indicated you have the SIM 4.0 initial release.
