    <description>When I run an inventory report, I am most interested in the item "Product model". The report runs fine and displays all of the correct information. When I export this to a CSV file, the column is titled ProductName and all cells are empty.</description>

      <description>Thanks, Any idea when 4.2 will be out, I have a desktop refresh due very soon and I need make and model info. Any other sugestions?</description>

      <description>SIM 4.2 will be out before the end of the year.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One possible workaround if you have SQL 2000 would be to take the SQL queries and paste them into SQL query analyzer.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
