Sorry I had to open a new thread because the one you replied was close.

Regarding this thread: http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=708209, I have the same problem.

You stated that one must "first verify that 'clustering information' is listed under active agents for each node of the cluster."

How do I actually do this. Is it done on the Insight Management Agent side or is it done on the SIM side?

Yes on the agent, windows control panel --> HP management agents --> services tab will list the active and inactive agents.
