If you have no servers that have a password you know you'll need to reinstall a configured agent.
From a known Server just copy c:\cmpaq\wbem\cpqhmmd.acl to the unknown server.
If you have no servers where you know the password.
If you have a softpaq downloaded run setup.exe. This brings up the Remote Deployment screen.
In the left hand panel right click the Foundation Agents and configure, add appropriate passwords etc. including selecting the overwrite existing security.

Point the RDU at a Server you can update and reboot. If the softpaq in the RDU is the same as that on the Server then remove all items from the right hand panel except for the Foundation Agent. Select the overwrite qualifier to ensure it overwrites the existing version.
If the softpaq is not the same you should install the entire softpaq. You should also configure the other agents before doing this.
