When I use the correct administrator password to login to the web agent I am only given anonymous access. I am definitely using the correct password, I have even done the following 1) UNLOAD CPQWEBAG 2) Unload Survey
3) Copy CPQHMMD.ACL from a server where I can login.

I still get the same problem.

Its strange, anyone ideas?

You should be able to change what you're logging in from a draw down box.

Typically you can get automatic Anonymous access if You have no Trust mechanism set up and you have the Allow Anonymous Option set in the Agent Settings.

I am using the latest version of the Agent 7.10a. I do not get the drop down box option.

I am typing administrator into the user name box and the password into the password box.

The system does seem to recognise I am using the correct password as I am then given access (but only with anonymous rights) When I type the incorrect password I get a message saying 'incorrect'
