Is there any way that I could change this kind of event to report a minor Alert?<BR /><BR />The reson is that I create notification task based on Alerts, and for my environment what SIM produces as a critical alert may not be deemed a critical event.<BR /><BR />Does SIM have the Granularity to change this ??
