Did you verify that the cluster agents were active on each of the cluster nodes?

Did you also discover the cluster IP resource?

Yes the clusters agents are enabled on both nodes and I tried to discover all three IP

Are the IP resources from both your clusters displayed in the "All Systems" list?

If not, then try to do a manual discovery of the missing cluster IP. Then check the "All Events" view to see if there is a "discovered systems" event for the cluster IP?

The IP resource of the missing cluster is not shown.
I tried manually adding the cluster , by providing its IP addres ,but it seems that there's a conflict with a node's IP.

I tried the following :
deleted all the nodes ( of the missing cluster ) .
- manually added node 1 , specifying SERVER and HP Proliant as info.
- manually added the cluster's IP , specifying cluster and MSCS as info.

After these steps cluster's node 1 and cluster ip resource are correctly added , and node1 is identified as cluster's member.

Then I manually added the second node .
After then the cluster IP resource disappears, the node1 still shows but as simple server and node 2 shows with the cluster's IP and as cluster ...
