    <description>I had the exact same error after uninstalling and reinstalling IIS. First I would get an alert on Windows Startup saying PMP wasn't working. I uninstalled and have not been able to complete the reinstall.</description>

      <description>Have installed IM4.1 on a win xp . All very standard.But,installed Hp Performance Management Pack error.&lt;BR /&gt;Error message:&lt;BR /&gt;Hp Performance Management Pack was unable to creat the HP Performance Management Pack database.Aborting the installation.&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone guide me please. appreciate any help&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
