      <description>How do I change the system name in SIM 4.1?  In I/M 7.0, I could manually edit the device name.</description>

      <description>It uses DNS to resolve names.&lt;BR /&gt;You can override it by use of a Host file. Personally I found spending the additional time sorting out entries in the DNS a better approach buy YMMV.</description>

      <description>I think a Host file overrides the DNS, so I think that is the way to achieve what you want.&lt;BR /&gt;No you cannot just edit the device name.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In our DNS we do use Aliasing for adding additional names to an IP Addess and that seems to work fine. HPSIM sees only the Host address.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
