      <description>i put on xp sp1 insight 7 to manage 5 servers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;all the installation finish good, but when i open the insight and after i put the username and the password i get a error massage :&lt;BR /&gt;'null' is null or not an object&lt;BR /&gt;file name:https//localhost:50000/ui/pageheader.jsp?&lt;BR /&gt;parentmenu=root&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;wath i can do to fix this problem /?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks ..</description>

      <description>My guess it's a java problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're running IE check that under Internet Options / Advanced check under Java (Sun) ytou do not have a "Use Java ..." checked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Failing that, remove all JRE's and restart IM which will then reinstall the JRE it requires.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you try removing the JRE's&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to move all JRE's from the Add/Remove Software GUI.&lt;BR /&gt;Try that and then you'll be starting from a known good JRE.</description>

      <description>This actually looks like it is a scripting issue (the hint is JSP).  In the security tab in IE's setup you should go to the intranet zone (assuming the IM7 is in your intranet) and scroll down to the scripting part and make sure that all of the options are enables.</description>

      <description>I had the same problem. It is related to national language settings. If you had some non English NLS set during instalation you may experience this problem. Uninstall IM, select English as your default locale and install IM again. After installation you may return to your locale.</description>
